Most of WordPress plugins that send content to Facebook send it via RSS feed to Facebook notes or blog tabs.
However, if you want to post your blogs directly to your Facebook wall, you can use a plugin called Wordbook. Sending the blog title, content and pictures directly to Facebook’s wall enables everyone on your friend list to receive and see the published blog item. It will also add a nice Wordbook icon near each blog item.
